Most of us reach adulthood prepared to function inside systems other people designed. Far less attention goes to knowing ourselves and making inspired choices that feel true for us. We are largely left to learn how to meet challenge and find direction when the script disappears.
Work has been one of the strongest scripts. The worker role assumes that someone else has defined the objective. As AI takes on more of that work, a different question comes forward:
What happens when no one is telling you what to do?
When the conditioning loosens, what is actually yours? What do you choose? What do you create?
